Have you been resting well lately?
Many woman have shared with me that they are experiencing physical exhaustion. They jump in the bed early to get some much needed rest after a long day. And, end up tossing and turning for the 1st hour. After 3 hours have passed, they still are watching the clock because the things they did not complete that day continue to race through their minds.
I understand exactly what this feels like. I can remember for 3 years straight dealing with sleep deprivation because I did not know how to “turn IT off”. I never talked with anyone about it but eventually found ways to help me through this time. And, I would love to share it with you.
